1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field from a reputable domestic or international institution; at least five years’ experience with a professional design firm.
2. Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Office, etc.
3. Outstanding ability in interior concept design, detail development, and innovation; experience managing and delivering high-end hotel, F&B, or private residential projects is preferred.
4. In-depth knowledge of construction details, techniques, and material properties, with the ability to manage project timelines precisely.
5. Capable of independently guiding and coordinating team members and collaborators (including but not limited to suppliers).
6. Strong artistic literacy and aesthetic sense, familiarity with domestic and international furniture brands, and a keen understanding of high-end hospitality, clubhouse, and residential design styles.
7. A high sense of responsibility, excellent project management, team coordination, and client communication skills.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; ideally with up to two years of work experience.
2. Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Office, etc.
3. Ability to quickly interpret drawings and independently create floor plans, elevations, and ceiling designs.
4. Participation in all phases of projects, including but not limited to concept design, development, and site implementation.
5. Assisting the lead designer with preliminary research, creative planning, and selection of various products including furniture, décor accessories, and lighting.
6. A passion for interior design, solid aesthetic judgment, and strong attention to detail.
7. Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
